With it as cold as it has been outside, Shane has decided that Hank needs to be a part-time indoor dog. He has been bringing him in during the evenings to sit in our kitchen on a rug. Hank loves the social atmosphere, and the kids love having him around. Kendal has been getting daily lickings across the face and keeps going back for more. Kade practices the dog training commands that he has picked up being around his Dad. Fun for everyone.
I don't mind it other than he really stinks. The house smells like a dirty dog for hours after he goes back outside. Shane said he could fix that, so he took Hank into my recently cleaned bathroom and gave him a bath.
Notice the black water in the tub. Umm, yeah, pretty sick.
He's a good dog, and I really do like him. He'll be more pleasant to be around now that he doesn't stink.
Getting our hands dirty
4 telling it like it is:
What a good dog, just to sit there with out shaking all the water off!
PS, thanks for the CW McCall song. My life will never be the same!
