what's for dinner?

(photo via allrecipes.com)

have felt like I have been in a cooking slump lately. made this last week and was too good not to share.
sent to me by my favorite recipe-swapping friend, Steph.
(and who knew how easy and I am sure healthy...wink wink...rotisserie chicken makes things?)

Chicken-Chili Crescent Bake

 rotisserie chicken, shredded
 1 can Bush's Grill'n Beans {Fiesta Black Beans}
 1 can Rotel {mild}
 2 Tbs. taco seasoning
 1-2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
 1 can crescent roll dough

mix together chicken, beans, Rotel & taco seasoning and heat 5 min. until heated through.  move to 9x13 cover with cheese.  top with crescent dough, making a crust over the mixture.  bake @ 375 for 18-25 minutes until golden brown.  remove; cool 10 min. garnish with sour cream. it's a bit spicy so the sour cream helps to tame it a little.

enjoy!

(and if you have a good recipe, send it my way)

Looks good. I would be happy if I only had to cook on holidays for the rest of my life. I have a bad attitude.
With that being said...Asian Star soon?
