Shane had a 30+ hr layover in Edmonton last weekend. He so kindly invited me to come along with him. Such a nice treat to get away for a couple days, sans kids! (Thanks Erika for taking the kiddos)
Spent the day here. Shopping, eating, people-watching & spending time together. We also saw this. Not a huge Star Trek fan, but Captain Kirk kept my interest & made the movie bearable.
Found it interesting that the toy store we were in to grab something for the kids, also sold bongs & marijuana pipes. Guess they do things a little different in Canada, eh?

Glad you guys got to get away together for a night. And I LOVED the picture overload! The Disney pics and especially Kendall's birthday pics were so cute!
