Retirement rocks!

After 20 years at 5th District Court...my mom is gonna take it easy.
(Guess I will have to look else where to get updates on previous boyfriends & such that frequented the courts.) :-)
She is looking forward to cooking again, finishing a few of the hundred quilting projects that she has started on and just taking it easy! (I won't be surprised when I find out that she is working at the local Gymboree...her real dream job.)
The family all got together Friday night at Rusty's in Cedar City to celebrate and we all had the sickies here and decided not to go to share our love.
She has always been so generous with helping us and making sure the grandkids always are taken care of...or spoiled.  She has taught me the value of an education and how to work hard and be responsible in all that I do.  I appreciate all that she has done & continues to do.
Love you mom.

Happy Retirement!

First, I'm so glad you left a comment. I can't believe how mig your kids are. I've only seen newborn pictures of them on their baby announcements. They're both super cute. I also peeked at your stamping blog and got some GREAT ideas for some cards (thanks!).

Good for your mom. I wouldn't doubt if she starts working again-- either that or full-time traveling to visit the grandkids.

So exactly what kind of dudes did you date before you met me? Are you still attracted to me even though I am a law abiding citizen?

You wild child!

Oh yeah, Congrats Maxine.

I miss your mom! Congrats on the accomplishment! Tell her hi and now she will have time to go get those "cokes":) Oh the memories of being a child again. Being a mom now I can understand what the cokes were really called..better known as loooooong breaks from the children.
