No, this isn't a rat. This is the result of:
a. Overdue trip to the groomer
and
b. A dog that HATES to be brushed
So when you see Boo running the neighborhood, don't be afraid.
I can't really even look at her without laughing.
I hope that she forgives me for the butch hair cut. The groomer suggested getting her a sweater...
I don't think that I will subject her to any more humiliation. Poor Boo!

About my header. Not photoshop just another photoediting software that came with my computer (that works pretty good considering it's not photoshop-it's called Irfanview)
I basically played around with it in color/cropping, and then added the text on top, and saved it, then pasted it on the blogger header in editing.

This link has the directions in putting paper that you have downloaded (lots of sites that have free paper downloads) and using the paper as backgrounds. Pretty easy actually...just a little time consuming the first time you set it up. After that it is easy to change around your paper because the formatting is done for you. Thanks for your help!
